The main purpose of this work is to diagnose the characteristics of organization cultural intention and work stress in small and medium business enterprises. Sources of research examined here are on the organization's culture, human resources and work stress. Analysis of scientific literature let us to prove the importance of organizational culture and work stress. In order to get reliable results, were made a quantitative and qualitative researches. In order to carry out a quantitative study were given four standardized questions: working stress to employees, working stress to managers, organization's culture for workers and managers. After the interview, research hypothesis was confirmed partly: medium-sized business organizations culture is less favorable than small organization, the working stress level is not high in both enterprises. The obtained results allow us to make a conslusion - organizational culture and work stress are closely related. |
