Abstract [eng] In the master paper the additional agreements of the employer and employee within the scope of labour agreement are analysed. In the paper is analysed the agreement on non-competition, confidentiality agreement, agreement on full material liability and agreement on the settlement of expenses suffered by the employer due to the training of the employee, increase of his qualification as well as his apprenticeships. The aforementioned additional agreements are very widely used in praxis, therefore in the paper a detailed analysis of the said agreements and problematic related thereto is given. The analysis is based on the cases of the Supreme Court of Lithuania, legislation, legal doctrine and comparative review of the similar agreements of the neighbour countries. The agreements on non-competition raise most questions of them all therefore the main part of the paper is dedicated to them. While analysing the said agreements the conception of the agreement on non-competition is presented, their place in the legal system of Lithuania (their inclusion into the civil or labour law) is evaluated, and the main conditions of the agreements on non-competition are analysed. While analysing the agreement on full material liability it’s indispensable conditions are analysed, the features of the collective agreement on full material liability are described and the comparative analysis with the neighbour countries is performed. As for the confidentiality agreements, the form of the liability and purpose of the agreement is analysed. While analysing the agreement on the settlement of expenses suffered by the employer due to the training of the employee, increase of his qualification as well as his apprenticeships the development of the agreement is analysed and the definition of the expenses is set.
