Abstract [eng] Digitalization of work, employee engagement and burnout: the role of strengths-use. Viktorija Bogatyriova. Vilnius. Vilnius University. 2023. 47 pages. As technology improves, working conditions change and so do working requirements. The aim of the study was to identify the links between the digitalisation of work and burnout and engagement, and the role of leveraging strengths. The subject of the study were 230 people, 34 men and 196 women. Age of subjects fluctuated from 18 to 65 years old (31 ± 10.32). People where involved using non-probability convenient and the snowball sampling. A survey, which was used in this study, consists of sociodemografic questions and new job demands information ovearload, new job demands communication overload, new job demands system feature overload, new job demands knowledge-related learning, work pressure, cognitive demands, engagement to work, burnout, techno-overload, strengths use scales. Pearson correlation, linear regression and moderation were performed in the study. The results of the study showed that knowloedge-relating learning, cognitive demands are positively related to engagemgent to work, that information overload, communication overload, techno-overload, work pressure, are positively related to burnout, that work pressure with strengths use were moderated to engagement to work.
