Abstract [eng] 138 pages, 19 tables, 20 figures, 73 literature sources, 8 appendices. The aim of the master's thesis: after identifying the work indicators of the production sector employees and after studying the impact of the employees' work results on the company's performance, to create a system of work indicators to be measured by the employees. The work consists of two main parts: a review of the scientific literature on measuring and evaluating the performance of companies and employees and justification of the methodology and methods used in two empirical studies carried out in the work, presentation of the results, their analysis and summarization. Additional structural parts - introduction, conclusions and insights, list of sources of scientific literature and appendices. Methods used to achieve the goal: a review of scientific literature was used for thematic analysis; for the identification of performance indicators and performance measurement methods, a survey method was used during the qualitative research - a semi-structured interview with experts; for the conversion of the qualitative research material into text and further work with the information, the method of audio and video processing and the method of content analysis, interpretation and summarization were used; during the quantitative research, the survey method - 107 questionnaire/questionnaire - was used to study the impact of employee results on the company's results; the method of statistical analysis was applied to the processing of research data. The most important results of the review of the scientific literature: the models and systems for measuring the performance of organizations created by scientists were examined, the main performance indicators of employees and companies were identified, which are recommended for companies in the manufacturing sector. The most important results of the qualitative research: the main performance indicators of employees and companies used in the practice of production sector companies, supplementing the primary list of indicators, were identified. The most important results of the quantitative research: statistically evaluated the impact of employee performance on company performance and the employee performance measurement model created on the basis of these interactions, based on the main employee performance measurement indicators that have a significant impact on the strategic activities of organizations.
