This master thesis examines the concept of operational efficiency, the importance of evaluation, and methods and models for evaluating operational efficiency. The main goal of the work is to form an operational efficiency evaluation model suitable for evaluating the efficiency of companies in the service sector. The model constructed in the empirical part of the work is used to apply it to the structural units of the group of companies. The results provide data on the achieved efficiency levels and identify the most and least efficient structural units. Furthermore, during the interview with the management of the analyzed group of companies, the reasons for the observed results and directions for potential improvement of the organizational activity are determined. |
