Abstract [eng] It should be noted that, in order to enhance the organization's competitiveness and efficiency is extremely important to manage organization, dispose its resources, to maintain and increase the number of loyal users. In this respect, corporate reputation is very important, providing exclusivity in its relations with other groups, increases the competitiveness of the organization. To find out what is people‘s oppinion about the organization is used research of the organization. Recently, when the internet became one of the most important tool of information and communication, the organizations are trying to administrate reputation through this device. However, it is noted that information about corporate reputation management on the internet in Lithuania‘s organizations is not found. It is noted, that corporate reputation is very important component of the organization's activities. Any organization is seeking to win the members of the public favor, trust. Through these aspects good, positive reputation is formed. Positive reputation of the organization helps not only to attract new users, partners, promote sales, but also helps to achieve its long-term objectives, which provide the organization a competitive advantage over other organizations. The purpose of this work is to analyse corporate reputation formation and administration measures and to know in which ways are formed reputation on the internet. The writing paper involved documents analysis, theoretic and resumptive, comparative and synthesis methods. In pursuance of estimating corporate reputation management, was accomplished qualitative and quantitative analysis. In this paper is discussed about corporate reputation management, reputation management on the internet. The paper is intended for information and communication specialists, lecturers, students, for persons interested in reputation management on the internet.
