Abstract [eng] |
Hybrid education is a new phenomenon that has marked the application of technological innovation in the current education system. After almost a year of applying hybrid education, it is often confused in society with blended or distance education, simply because of flexible learning conditions. Many Lithuanian teachers still face the problem of how to apply high-quality hybrid education in their work. The aim of this work is to identify the factors that determine teachers' acquaintance with hybrid education, its application and evaluation. To achieve the goal, there are 3 tasks: to describe hybrid education and its function in modern society; based on the analysis of the literature, to identify the factors that may determine the teachers' acquaintance with hybrid education, the application and evaluation of hybrid education; finally, with the help of empirical research, to identify the factors that determine teachers' acquaintance with hybrid education, the application and evaluation of hybrid education. Working methods: analysis of scientific literature, questionnaire survey, statistical data analysis. Summarizing the results of the research, it was found that the acquaintance with hybrid education is mostly determined by the evaluation of hybrid education. The application of hybrid education is mostly driven by addressing in person everyone outside the screen, a statement that may be of interest to students in the use of Information Technology, and the evaluation of hybrid education. The evaluation of hybrid education is mostly determined by the application of hybrid education, and the introduction to the methods of hybrid education. It can be argued that familiarity with and application of hybrid education depends to a large extent on the evaluation of hybrid education, therefore, the formation of an appropriate public approach to hybrid education would change the factors of familiarity and application. The results of this work are important to emphasize the importance of defining hybrid education not only in education but also in social policy, identifying it as a social innovation worthy of funding and attention. |
