Abstract [eng] 82 pages, 14 tables, 8 figures, 9 appendices 80 references. The aim of this master thesis is to reveal and analyze the moderating effects of emotional intelligence on the links between transformational leadership to employee involvement and commitment to the organization. The work consists of four main parts: the analysis of literature, the methodology of research, the research and its results, conclusion and suggestions. In the first part of the work, the analysis of the literature reveals the theoretical aspects of transformational leadership, employee involvement, employee commitment and emotional intelligence. The interdependencies of these factors are determined. The data of the respondents collected by means of a questionnaire survey are needed for further analytical statistical research. The demographic data of the surveyed respondents are presented in the work and the general characteristics of the respondents are presented, the reliability of the measuring instruments is evaluated using Cronbach's Alpha values. The relationship is analyzed and the dependencies between the research variables are revealed. The answers of 399 respondents were collected for further statistical analysis and data processing using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and statistical analysis methods, statistical analysis software SPSS package and applied statistical procedures (comparison of means, moderation analysis, standard deviation, statistical significance analysis). Statistical analysis revealed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee involvement and commitment to the organization. The moderative analysis statistically substantiated the theoretical assumptions that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the commitment and involvement influenced by transformational leadership. The conclusions and recommendations summarize that in order to increase employee involvement and commitment, it is important to promote the expression of transformational leadership, as transformational leadership strengthens the bond between a leader and his followers, fostering motivation, commitment, and commitment to the organization. This study also concludes that emotional intelligence is important not only in an individual's personal life but also in the work environment and in a career aspect that can contribute to faster development, higher motivation or goal setting, easier teamwork, and smoother communication. respect.
