Abstract [eng] SUMMARY 68 pages, 19 charts, 12 pictures, 45 references. The main purpose of this master thesis is to investigate relationship among transformational leadership, employee psychological empowerment, and job satisfaction. The work consists of three main parts; the analysis of literature, the research and its results, conclusion and recommendations. Literature analysis reviews the transformational leadership, employee psychological empowerment, and job satisfaction. After the literature analysis the author has carried out the study about relationship among transformational leadership, employee psychological empowerment, and job satisfaction. During the study 124 respondents were interviewed. The results of the research were statistically processed with the SPSS programme batch. Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient was used to determine the alignment of the Likert scales’; in all cases, it was higher than 0.7, which indicates that the scales used were consistent. With the help of regression analysis it was checked whether the hypotheses raised in the work were confirmed/not confirmed. The performed research revealed that the transformational leadership, employee psychological empowerment, and job satisfaction have significant interfaces. The conclusions and recommendations summarize the main concepts of literature analysis as well as the results of the performed research. The author believes that the results of the study could give useful guidelines to the companies.
