Abstract [eng] The work consists of 221 pages, 43 tables, 6 figures, 95 references. The main aim of Master's Thesis is to examine the relationship between employee engagement, organizational trust and well-being and make recommendations how to improve employee engagement, organizational trust and well-being. The research methods of analysis are used: academic literature analysis was used to explain the theoretical aspects and relationships of employee engagement, organizational trust and well-being. Empirical research: structured questionnaire and statistical analysis. The research data were analyzed after they were collected by statistical methods. The data were processed using the SPSS program and the additional plugin Andrew F. Hayes PROCESS. The Cronbach's Alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the constructs, and regression and mediation analyses were used to determine the relationships between the constructs. Anova and T-Test analysis were used to determine the influence of demographic characteristics on the variables. The work consists of three parts: literature analysis and presentation of relationships, presentation of empirical research results, discussion of results and presentation of conclusions and recommendations. The first part presents the concept of employee engagement, organizational trust and well-being, their concepts, and the relationships between these elements. The second part presents a conceptual research model for employee engagement, organizational trust, and wellbeing based on literature analysis and research methodology. The third part presents the empirical research that found the mediation effect of organizational trust on the relationship between wellbeing and employee engagement. The conclusions and recommendations of the master's thesis provide a summary of the work and suggestions for organizations on how to strengthen employee engagement, organizational trust and well-being.
