The main purpose of this master thesis is to to evaluate the portfolio of socially responsible companies in the Baltic stock market, compare it with the traditional portfolio and analyze the obtained results. The master thesis consists of three main parts: the analysis of literature, the research and its results, conclusion and recommendations. Literature analysis reviews theoretical analysis of socially responsible investment. Analyzed scientific sources present the concept of socially responsible investment, classification, characteristics of socially responsible investment, its possible strategies. After the literature analysis, the author carried out quantitative research. It was performed using the following methods: Nasdaq OMX Baltic Stock Exchange analysis of annual financial statements of listed companies, analysis of relative indicators, graphic data representation, comparative analysis. The conclusions and recommendations summarize the literature analysis and the results of the performed research. |
