Abstract [eng] The theoretical aspects of change management and leadership powers are analyzed in the master 's thesis, revealing the concept of change, types of leadership powers and their influence on change management. The leadership competence of the manager in managing change is examined in detail, emphasizing the importance of leadership powers in the change management process. To answer the problematic questions - what impact do different types of leadership powers have on organizational change? how do different powers affect employees willingness to implement change? an empirical study was conducted. A quantitative research method was used to reveal the attitudes of employees towards the impact of leadership powers on organizational change. The results of the research showed that the employees of the surveyed organizations are happy to perform the tasks assigned to them by the manager, because for them the manager is the authority (reference power). The power of reward has little to do with respondents. Assessing the desired impact of leadership powers, it has been determined that expert and reference power are those desired powers that can have the greatest impact on the implementation of change in an organization. The leader must be able to persuade and motivate the team and be a professional in their field. In third place in terms of the significance of the use of power is the use of information power. According to the respondents, clear and complete presentation of information is an important form of leadership that creates the conditions for successful change.
