Questionnaire contains 21 question related to research and 4 questions of personal information of the respondent. Data processed with SPSS program. Used methods in SPSS: Chronbach-Alpha coefficient, Factor analysis, Linear regression analysis, Formulas for defining the relationship between dependent and independent variables, Bartlett and KMO tests, Analysis of commonality of variables, Data normal distribution curve (P-P plot), The Standardized Residual Histogram. All the results gathered from mentioned methods and tests helped to identify main raided hipothesi of this thesis. H1: The more motivated an employee is, the better the quality of his or her work – approved H2: Employee motivation (as an action) has a positive effect on employees motivation (as a state) – approved H3: Employee motivation (as an action) has a positive effect on the quality of employees ’work – approved The conclusions and recommendations of the thesis summarize the analysed methods. This Master thesis author states (based on literature analysis and processed data) and believes that it is clear that motivation affects the motivation (as an action) of employees and depends on it / it affects the quality of work, so it is recommended that companies motivate their employees and not only by material means, for some, material incentives and pay (salary) can be the main source of motivation, while for others, intangible motivation forms the basis of motivation. Also, employees themselves should realize that motivation shows whether a company values a person and the work he or she does, as the quality of work depends on how motivated the employee is. Employees should be advised to evaluate themselves and their abilities and look for an area and a job in which they will feel valued and motivated, and this will only improve the quality of the work. |
