This Master thesis author states (based on literature analysis and processed data) and believes that it is clear that motivation affects the motivation (as an action) of employees and depends on it / it affects the quality of work, so it is recommended that companies motivate their employees and not only by material means, for some, material incentives and pay (salary) can be the main source of motivation, while for others, intangible motivation forms the basis of motivation. Also, employees themselves should realize that motivation shows whether a company values a person and the work he or she does, as the quality of work depends on how motivated the employee is. Employees should be advised to evaluate themselves and their abilities and look for an area and a job in which they will feel valued and motivated, and this will only improve the quality of the work.
