Abstract [eng] 94 pages, 18 charts, 7 pictures, 58 references, 1 appendix. The main purpose of this master thesis, while interviewing the Agile methodology experts, identify how 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto affect the performance measures of IT organizations, such as customer retention and process quality. The work consists of three parts: the first part includes an analysis of the literature, the second part describes the methodology and methods of empirical research; the third presents the results of the empirical research, the model of the research results, conclusions and suggestions. The research used a qualitative systematic approach, conducted by Agile expert interview method. In the absence of an analogue in the scientific literature, examining the influence of the 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto on organization performance, the literature was searched according to the three systems of the research model identified. The 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto were examined, and studies examining the results of Agile methods and the performance of Agile project management organizations were reviewed. The critical factors for the success of Agile projects were identified, which helped to systematize the data obtained from the respondents. The author's research identified 10 critical factors of the respondents, which must be integrated in order for the Agile principles to be implemented, in order for the Agile methodology to perform in the organization and achieve the desired organisational performance results. Comparing the results with the factors caried out in the analysis of the scientific literature, it turned out that 6 out of 10 factors coincide with the factors obtained during the analysis of the scientific literature: Agile mindset; business / customer involvement; customer satisfaction / meeting customer expectations / focusing on customer needs; team empowerment; management support; uncertainty. It should be noted that the 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto are not directly applicable in organizations, the points of the principles are implemented and influenced through Agile methods by integrating their systems. Based on the findings of the empirical study, a model was developed that reveals the relationship between the 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto, customer retention and processes in the organization. The model presents that 7 factors of the study model, work through 3 mediators: “customer feedback”, “manager / leader support”, “regulation, delegation”. The performed research revealed, that because of Agile’s philosophy, the 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto have a direct impact on customer retention. The centric goal of the Agile mindest is to meet customer needs and expectations. If the customer is satisfied with the final product, the qualitative aspects of the final product become less important. In the author's study, it was found wrong to expect that Agile methods directly affect the acceleration of the project. In practice, Agile projects necessarily involve rebuilding, which does not always have a positive effect on project terms. The quality, agility, throughput and flexibility of processes are highly dependent on business / customer involvement and continuous feedback. The model of research results developed by the author, could be the object of the continuation of future research. A quantitative study is proposed to verify and validate the relationships in this model.
