Fats, saturated fatty acids, sugars provide too much energy in diet of Lithuanian adults, consumption of dietary fibers, some vitamins (D, B2, C, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin) and some minerals (calcium, potassium, iron, zinc, selenium, iodine) is not sufficient.
