Abstract [eng] The new global reality which was caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, has raised a wide range of economic, political and organizational problems, leading to new challenges for organizations to address and find new solutions to implement new work organization arrangements, increase employee engagement and motivation, and ensure the physical and psychological health of employees. Four constructs are explored in this master’s thesis: organizational support, social (supervisor and co-worker) support, job engagement, and employee well-being. The study seeks to determine the role of organizational and social support in increasing employee engagement in work, and their well-being. The responses of 175 respondents were used in the study: 53 men (30.28%) and 122 women (69.71%). The results of the study revealed that perceived organizational and social support has a positive and significant effect on job engagement. Also, job engagement affects employee well-being, and mediates the link between organizational and social support and employee well-being. This study has broadened the understanding of the impact and significance of perceived organizational and social support on employee engagement and well-being and allowed develop recommendations for future research.
