Changing environment of organizational performance, a great need of innovations, influences the development and perfection of organization. The different researches highlights that organizations’ internal communication makes it unique, consolidates employees and reduces their turnover. Effective internal communication unifies their members to reach general goals and creates conditions for organization to prosper. The hypothesis of the work claims that the background of internal organizational communication is organizational culture and its symbolism. The object of this work is symbolism in internal organizational communication. The goal of the master work is to analyze the symbolism influence for the internal organizational communication. Internal organizational communications helps employees to understand the organization’s vision, values and culture. It may involve staff members in issues that affect working life. It keeps staff informed on important decisions made by management. Internal organizational communication is the communication that exists within a company, between and among employees. It can take many forms, such as face-to-face casual conversations, formal meetings, phone calls, emails. Communication within an organization is the key to success. Various scholars say that internal communication takes place within a cultural context. The background for internal communication is organizational culture. The organizational culture can be defined as a pattern of shared values that was learned and conceded by a group. These values influence their behaviour and are supported by stories, myths, and are shown through symbols, rites, heroes. In summary, organization uses the symbolism inside internal communication in order to create esprit de corps, to raise the level of employee motivation, to evaluate employee’s work, to convey organizational culture and values. |
