Key words: marketing, marketing complex, information systems, informational technologies, the usage of information systems and information technologies in small companie marketing. The goal of the essay is to the usage of information systems and information technologies in lithuanian small companies. To reach the goal was chosen the following objectives: to analyse the marketing complex and its role in the performance of the company; to analyse that are uses in companies operations; to identify the specific aspects of the usage informational systems and informational technologies in small companies; to conduct a research in the informational systems and technologies of small companies by using the case study and finalize the essay with the conclusions and offers for improvement of information systems and technologies usages in the activity of the analysed company. Using the methods of scientific analysis combining with alternative and analogue methods discovered that marketing complex is the main model describing the meaning for the business and the needs of the customers are the most important aspect in the strategy on the company. Using the concluding abstract method discovered that the informational technologies and the informational systems influenced the expansion of the marketing activity the last decades. Because of the fact that business adopted fast development of the new discoveries in informational technologies and the informational systems the competition had increased. As a result huge organizations with big marketing budgets invested to the research and development of new technologies however the small companies with limited financial resources step aside and their market share was taken by international big companies. As the small business represents quite big figure of members and the wealth of economy it is useful to explore its aspects. To discover that the research conducted using the methods of case analysis, conducting interview and analysing small company‘s documentation. As the result the following conclusions have been made: that information technologies and information systems used in small business marketing lead with big problems: lack of finance and lack of time. Also it has big refusal from employees. This work is useful for the similar size and activity companies and it can be used for the further researches. |
