Abstract [eng] Talent Management Impact on Organizational Performance in Public Sector Summary The main purpose of this master thesis is to analize the impact of talent management on organizational performance in public sector. The work consists of three main parts: the analysis of literature, the research methodology, the research and its results. Literature analysis reviews talent and talent management concepts, introduces talent management processes, presents talent management in public sector, discusses talent management mindset and talent management strategy, reviews organizational performance concept and interface between talent management and organizational performance. The purpose of the research, research units and sample, research variables are presented in research methodology. Empirical analysis consists of research results review, reliability of the questionnaire, tests of normality, tests of significance, regression analysis. The study has shown that talent attraction, talent developmet, talent engagement and talent retention have possitive impact on organizational performance in public sector. The study also has shown that there are significant differences in talent attraction, talent development evaluations between different goups: in organizations that have 11 – 49 employees talent attraction evaluations are better then in organizations that have 250 employees and more. Also, people who work in public institutions talent attraction evaluate better then people who work in budget institutions. People who work in state public sector organizations talent development evaluate better then people who work in municipal public sector organizations.
