Abstract [eng] Commercialization of Space in Terms of International Law This master thesis analyzes the topic of space commercialization and its legal regulation, examining both the main United Nations space rights treaties, other international and national legal acts, and the conclusions made by legal scholars in the doctrine. This topic is best revealed by the analysis of individual, specific areas of space commercialization. Examining this masters thesis topic, the concepts of space tourism, private space flights, suborbital and orbital flights are revealed. The possible conflicting application of different branches of law - aviation law and space law - is noticed, and a proposal is made as to which branch of law to choose. The work also reveals the legal status of the res communis omnium of space and celestial bodies, one of the most important principles of space law. It is analyzed whether this legal status could and should be applied to excavated space resources. Different opinions, prevailing in the science of law, and the practice of the two states are examined. There are two models of legal regulation that establish the same legal status - prohibiting and allowing the excavation of resources. Finally, the work examines in detail the legally regulated activities of artificial communication satellites. Due to the specific nature of the activity, it was chosen to analyze three legal regimes adapted to different aspects of artificial communication satellites: the legal regulation established by the international space agreements, the legal regulation established by the International Telecommunication Union and the legal regulation established by the World Trade Organization. It has been established that these legal regimes, apply at the same time to activities of artificial communication satellites.
