Abstract [eng] Employee motivation has direct links to employee loyalty in the organisation, whereas in case if employees are insufficiently motivated, there is a high risk that employees will become less loyal to the organisation and will be ready to change the organisation, therefore research on employee motivation and loyalty is relevant in the nowadays context of science and practice. The objective of the study is to investigate the influence of motivation on employee loyalty in dental clinics. The following four tasks were set: 1) To analyse the influence of employee motivation on the loyalty of the employees of the organisation in a theoretical aspect; 2) To identify the level of motivation of the employees of the dental clinics; 3) To identify the loyalty of the employees of the dental clinics; 4) To investigate empirically the influence of dental clinic employee motivation on their loyalty. Two research methods were used in the paper, i. e. a questionnaire survey of the employees of the dental clinics and statistical data processing. 136 employees of dental clinics participated in the study. After evaluating the motivation and loyalty of the employees of dental clinics, it was found that their level of motivation and loyalty was very high. It was found that the motivation of dental clinic employees had a positive impact on the employees’ emotional and normative loyalty, but did not affect the continuous loyalty of the employees.  .
