Abstract [eng] The analysis of the concept in the first part of the work focuses on the issue of the formation of the United Nations Agenda for Sustainable Development. In this work there are reviewed the historical facts that led to this United Nations agreement at the international level, what are the United Nations Sustainable Development agenda goals were set until 2030. The second part of the work analyzes the significance of the space for the implementation of the United Nations agenda. The importance of space and the historical development of space law are reviewed. The analysis of the basic legislation of space, which forms the basis of space law, establishes the general principles and the rules of space law. The importance of space in achieving the goals of the United Nations agenda is also reviewed. It examines separately each of the goals of the United Nations Sustainable Development agenda as a use of space that can support and contribute to sustainable development in all key economic, social and environmental sectors. The third part is intended for the analysis of the problems of space law regulation and to the presentation of the most important challenges facing modern space law. The impact of the United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda on space law is also provided on this work.
