Abstract [eng] Modern organizations operate in an ever-changing environment with increasing demands, so it is important to assess what some of the key indicators of an organization’s internal processes and interrelationships look like. The aim of the study was to determine the links between the organizational climate, supervisor support, work engagement and the fulfillment of a psychological contract from the perspective of the employee and the employer. Data were collected from 186 individuals working in different companies, in different industries and working in different ways (remote or mixed only and only from the office). Participants were asked to complete a questionnaire in which they assessed the organizational climate of employers, the support received from the supervisor, their work engagement, and the fulfillment of the psychological contract from both their own and the employer's perspective. Participants also answered demographic and social questions. Study has shown that work engagement is directly predicted by two components of the organizational climate: employee effort and their pride in the organization. The results also revealed that fulfillment of the psychological contract from the employee's perspective is predicted by the fulfillment of the psychological contract by the employer, and the latter is directly predicted by the organizational climate cooperation component and supervisor support.
