61 page, 22 tables, 2 pictures, 69 references. The aim of the master 's thesis is to determine what motivation measures work for job satisfaction of different generations. Methods used in research: analysis of scientific literature, comparison of theories, systematization in tables, generalization. A questionnaire survey and statistical data analysis were used to perform the empirical research. The obtained survey data were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The Cronbach's Alpha method of internal scale compatibility was obtained to obtain the results of the study. The following methods of statistical analysis are used to evaluate the interaction of variables, relationships: 1) Comparison of means - Mann-Whitney H test and Kruskall Wallis U test - evaluation of the influence of demographic characteristics on the variables; 2) Analysis of correlation coefficients; 3) Linear regression analysis; 4) Interaction analysis of moderation kinetics. The findings and recommendations of the study were presented. The master's thesis consists of five parts. The first part presents the concept of motivation and motivation, motivation system, factors determining motivation. The second part presents the concept of generations, identification and motivation of generations. The third part presents the concept of employee motivation, the concept of job satisfaction and motivation, the relationship between employee motivation and job satisfaction of different generations. The fourth part presents the research methodology, presentation of the logistics sector. The fifth part presents the results of the study and their discussion. The conclusions and recommendations of the master's thesis briefly discuss the part of the literature analysis, the results of the research and suggestions / recommendations to Lithuanian logistics sector managers, human resource managers, to help creating a work environment where employees feel stronger motivation and job satisfaction. |
