In the master 's thesis, a quantitative study was conducted to assess the impact of organizational change on employees by assessing the level of stress experienced by employees as the employee' s resistance to change changes. The author of the paper chose the survey method for data collection. A total of 230 respondents were interviewed in the survey. SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the data. The data analysis did not reveal a moderative relationship between the resistance to change and the frequency of change and the stress experienced by the employees. Nor can we draw unambiguous conclusions about the effect of the frequency of changes on the level of stress experienced by employees from the results obtained. However, a statistically significant relationship was found in the assessment of employees' resistance to change and the level of education of employees. Significant relationship were also observed in the assessment of employees' field of activity and the level of stress experienced and the frequency of changes. A statistically significant relationship was also found in the assessment of the frequency of change when assessing the field of the organization. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature and the conclusions of the research, the conclusions of the master's thesis and suggestions for more successful implementation of organizational changes, causing less stress to employees were presented. |
