Abstract [eng] Perovskite-type compounds containing BiMnO3 were synthesized in this work. For the first time sol-gel combustion method was succesfully employed for the preparation of BixLa1-xMnO3+δ solid solutions. XRD analysis demonstrated that the maximal amount of BiMnO3 in LaMnO3 structure was 65 mol%. The phase transition was observed from trigonal (when x=0.1-0.3) to cubic (when x=0.4-0.65). All BixLa1-xMnO3+δ samples demonstrated paramagnetic behavior at room temperature and magnetization depends on chemical structure and composition. Sol-gel method was applied for preparation of (1-x)BaTiO3-xBiMnO3 and (1-x)SrTiO3-xBiMnO3 solid solutions. Cubic structure was observed for all samples. Increase in BiMnO3 amount did not cause any visible changes in perovskite structure. Maximal amount of BiMnO3 in (1-x)BaTiO3-xBiMnO3 solid solutions was 60 % and for (1-x)SrTiO3-xBiMnO3 – 50 %. Secondary Mn3O4 phase was observed for (1-x)SrTiO3-xBiMnO3 (where x=0.4-0.5). Magnetic measurements of (1-x)BaTiO3-xBiMnO3 system demonstrated that at room temperature all samples are paramagnetic. SEM analys showed, that increase in BiMnO3 amount resulted in significant growth of the grains.
