Abstract [eng] This paper examines the relations of individual and team job crafting, team cohesion, engaging leadership and team performance. Research of the dyads of the aforementioned constructs indicate positive relations, yet the specific combination of all these constructs has not been researched yet. It is important to better understand the theoretical aspects of these constructs and their relations, so that this knowledge could enable practical implications: in the current competitive market it is vital to understand what kind of leadership is positively associated with individual and team job crafting so that organisations could create possibilities for innovations and foster better teams’ performance, at the same time fostering their employees. Multilevel analyses revealed that at the group level team cohesion positively predicts team job crafting, and the latter positively predicts individual job crafting. On the individual level engaging leadership positively predicts team cohesion, individual and team job crafting, and team cohesion positively predicts team job crafting.
