Abstract [eng] |
A simple, rapid, accurate and precise reversed phase liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of perindopril, amlodipine and indapamide in antihypertensive pharmaceutical formulations. The separation was accomplished using an Acquity BEH C8 column, mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile/water (45:55 v/v) containing 10 mmol/L H3PO4 and UV detection at 215 nm. Common validation parameters were evaluated to assess the method‘s quantitative potential including: linearity, accuracy, repeatability, detection and quantification limits. Proposed method was linear in the concentrations range of 0.4 - 100 mg/L, 0.2 - 100 mg/L and 0.1 - 100 mg/L for perindopril, amlodipine and indapamide, respectively. All validation parameters were lies within the acceptance limit according to ICH guidelines. Finally, four antihypertensive pharmaceutical formulations were analysed and obtained amounts were in good agrement with declared ones. |
