Abstract [eng] Relationship Between Work Engagement, Organizational Justice, Leadership Style and Quality of Work Life. Inga Antulytė, Vilnius: Vilnius University, 2019, p. 78. The rapid change in economic and organizational structure trends dictate a need for new research data to reveal the conditions which relate to and promote work engagement. The main purpose of empirical research was to identify the relationship between work engagement, organisational justice, leadership style, and quality of work life. The sample consisted of 182 employees (163 men, 20 women, mean age being 45,11 (SD = 11,69)). Instruments used in research: Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, (UWES – 9; Schaufeli & Bakker, 2003); Perceived Organizational Justice Scale (Colquitt, 2001); Leadership Style Questionnaire (Northouse, 2007); QWL – Quality of Work Life Scale (Sirgy et al., 2001). Correlation analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM) were used. It was found that the higher levels of perceived organizational justice, leadership style and quality of work life are, the more increased work engagement is, and the perceived organizational justice shapes the work life quality, which encourages deep engagement in one‘s work.
