In the first part of the Master thesis, we have defined the theory of fundamental analysis. The fundamental analysis includes valuation of the indices of a market (economy), a branch of economy and an enterprise. In the second part of the paper, we have analysed the results of the group SC “TEO LT”, the group SC “Apranga” and the SC “Grigiškės” by the method of fundamental analysis. We have established that in 2009, the group SC “Apranga” was working wastefully, its sales were declining; the SC “Grigiškės” was an attractive manufacturing company and investment in it was advisable; however, the best indices were found in the activity of the group SC “TEO LT”. In the third part of the Master thesis, we have formed a most attractive investment portfolio, which consisted of 80 percent of the group SC “TEO LT” shares and 20 percent of the SC “Grigiškės” shares. |
