Abstract [eng] To perform discrimination analysis of vowels and semivowels (using spectral analysis), exclude features of vowel‘s and semivowel‘s signals. Identify in which frequency zones differences of vowels and semivowels differentiates the best Tasks to do: Perform articulation features analysis of theoretic Lithuanian language phonetics: vowels and semivowels. Accomplish the reviews of discrimination or identification methods, which are used for vowels and semivowels. Design the theoretical model that could be applied for discrimination of vowel‘s and semivowel‘s using the features of spectral analysis and operating neural networks for classifications. Operating the created method execute the experimental test of vowels and semivowels classifications. To perform the spectral analysis of vowels and semivowels there was suggested a zone filter with framing and phonemes acoustic modeling. There was reached the 77,15 % classification accuracy using neural networks.
