The dynamical models of the system “roller-band” of ERD is submitted in two variants, i.e. when the contact between bodies of researched system is deformed and when is not deformed. The dynamical models of a system “roller - band” of the ERD are described by the differential equations and investigated in aspect when excitation by vibrations is not influencing on the system. There are investigated the conditions of non – slipping among the bodies of a system “roller – band” of the ERD, i.e. the conditions, when the bodies come into a non – slipping zone and further move with identical velocities. The curves of theoretical research are shown. A research of dynamical characteristics of three-type vibrating rollers in ERD was conducted in continuous and start-stop regimes on a specially designed device. The ERD with rotating vibrating rollers, compared with vibrating rollers of another type, have a better bearing capacity and are much more sensitive. Therefore, it is advisable to use them in exceptionally sensitive systems. Changing parameters of vibrations can control slipping process between elements of ERD. The original design of created executive rolamite device consists of one roller and four bands wrapping this roller by angle of 180 is presented. |
