Abstract [eng] The main field of UAB “Saugima” activity is supply of personal safety implements to Lithuanian companies. The company is quit young, thus its marketing actions have direct impact on the results of its activity. Formation of the marketing strategy and the marketing activity of the company becomes the main field of its activity. The paper analyses published scientific studies concerning this field and the legal base. We have analysed the importance of labour safety and the possibilities of application of the marketing strategies. On the grounds of the performed research, we have examined the needs of the company’s customers. The results of regressive correlation analysis allowed revealing factors determining number of accidents. In the process of the research, we have created the marketing strategy oriented towards the improvement of electronic space and the complex of services, creation of new pricing, search of new trading channels and refresher training of employees, which will help to UAB „ Saugima“ to develop the business of labour safety implements.
