Abstract [eng] Master's work examines the theoretical aspects of the designing of company's external communications, customer relationship management concept and essence, evaluating the demand and opportunities of customer relationship management implementation in service companies. The aim of this work was in reference to theoretical and practical analysis of customer relationship management evaluation and development, to formulate external communications development model for companies. Practical part of master thesis includes qualitative and quantitative evaluation of customer relationship management in service companies. The accomplished survey let to frame a model for external relations management development in service companies. In reference to accomplished theoretical and practical analysis of external relations management development, conclusions and recommendations were formed.
