In this diverse economy today all the companies have to be aware o all the threads caused by the economic environment to stay in business and to keep up with their competitors. This theses emphasis the impact of knowledge management to organization’s strategic management. The Aim of the theses is to analyze and investigate how knowledge management influence corporate strategy. The first part will examine the factors affecting the strategic use of knowledge management, organization, knowledge management, identifying the concept of a procedural model. The second - a strategy analysis of organizations value and features. The third part will aim to reveal the impact of knowledge management through knowledge management and strategic management interface for comparative analysis. The fourth part will describe the study. An empirical study was selected using a qualitative research methodology through a questionnaire survey method to investigate the impact of knowledge management organizations to achieve strategic objectives. After the study analysis these insights were made: • Knowledge management processes are folowed trhough in the organizations, although not all are given enough importance. • Organizational culture emphasis best the communication and dialogue between employees and managers. • While the technology is understood as a means to perform daily tasks at work, rather than tools for knowledge management, but is installed at least one of the previously identified knowledge management technologies, witch helps execute knowledge management processes. • Human resources are the main organization's resources - staff knowledge, skills and competence are key resources, whose management contributes to the achievement of strategic objectives. • Organizations value and execute the most of knowledge acquisition, sharing and receiving processes. But it must be focused and to the preservation and renewal of knowledge and the significance of this process to further the use of knowledge and competencies of innovation generation. • Strategic management, organizational strategy is a key aspect. Given the fact that the strategic orientation has to show, what resources are guided by the organization implementing the strategy. The final conclusion is Knowledge management does affect the strategic management and atchieving strategic goals of the organization. |
