The main object of this master's wor is to examine the organizational climate and the intergenerational relations between educational service and business organization, using two standardized tests: developed test of organizational climate crisis by prof. G. Merkys research group and Tech (2002) generated "intergenerational stress" test and to compare the results. The study included three educational institutions and two business services companies, where 141 respondents were interviewed. Data were processed with SPSS program. Final results showed that organizational climate and intergenerational relations are more positive in educational institutions than private companies. Indicators of business organizations are up to crisis levels and require managerial intervention. |
