Abstract [eng] The aim of the master thesis – to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and intergenerational relations in the chosen organizacion for Vocational Education Training. The relationship between the organizational climate and intergenerational relations was analyzed in accordance with Organizational climate test and Intergenerational Tension. Questionnaire 109 respondents and 6 teams have participated in the research. The data were proccessed by the statistics program SPSS. The obtained results revealed that there dominates positive organizational climate and intergenerational relations in the Šiauliai Vocational Education and Training centre. Also there was determined a statistically significant relationship between the organizational climate and intergenerational relations.
