Abstract [eng] The objective of the present Master’s Thesis is to explore the condition of organisational culture and the changes of its trends in the JSC “Mastermann” having analysed the theoretical aspects of organisational culture. Various studies of foreign and Lithuanian authors on the issues of organisational culture were analyzed in the thesis. It was revealed that the organisational culture was the most important element of the organisation making influence on the organisation’s activities. The research was performed on the basis of two techniques – G. Hofstede’s cultural characteristics and OCAI developed by K. Cameron and R. Quin. Results were compared, some identical and some separate individual characteristics of organisational culture were found. Thus, the first hypothesis of the research was partially confirmed. The second raised hypothesis that the JSC “Mastermann“ organisational culture was oriented and was going to be oriented in future towards external factors more than towards the internal ones was also confirmed.
