The aim of master’s work is to foresee possibilities of team work efficiency in Ukmerge District Municipality by analyzing theoretical aspects of team work. In the first chapter of this work concept of the team work is defined, types of teams are described, stages of formation are surveyed, and impact of team work on affectivity of organization is analyzed considering particularities of public sector. The second chapter consists of methodology of analysis of possibilities of team work efficiency. The comprehensive results of analysis of possibilities of team work efficiency in Ukmerge District Municipality and elderships are reviewed in the third chapter. Data collected during the empirical research by the means of questionnaire poll enabled to identify possibilities of team work efficiency in Ukmerge District Municipality. Suggestions and recommendations for solving problems of team work effectiveness are presented in the master’s work. Keywords: team work, team effectiveness, possibilities of team work efficiency. |
