The Master’s work is dedicated to analyze human resources management’s peculiarities on the ground of scientific literature, to describe the main motivation concepts and to reveal the difference between terms motivation and motivating. Furthermore, motivation theories are reviewed and employees’ management peculiarities in educational organizations are analyzed. Finally, the motivation determinants theoretical model and on it based original research tool is created. The questionnaire might be used to define the needs of pedagogical personnel in educational organizations. Research helped to identify the main factors determining motivation and revealed their distinctness. Formed scientific research hypothesis, that teachers’ inward motivation is stronger than outward motivation, is corroborated. Final research results might be used founding teachers’ motivation systems in educational organizations. |
