Abstract [eng] Master‘s thesis analyzes the means of marketing complex management that are common in endurance sports organizing. This thesis is based on idea that endurance sports federations, clubs and associations hardly adapt to development as a new business field and do not meet qualifications in marketing, and consequently, fail in attracting more people. The main objective is to identify the barriers of endurance sports marketing complex management and to find solution how to eliminate them by giving an examples of the best events in this field.
