In master’s thesis the problems of the management of joint – constructional companies are formulated, different sources of nonfiction related to the essence of the companies’ management process written by various Lithuanian and foreign authors as well as to practical dimensions of the application of management theories are analyzed and structured. In the thesis the problematic fields of companies of the group “Izobara” are analyzed, the points of gaps and identity between the practical activity of organization and the main attitudes of the management theories as well as the work style of the heads of companies and the prospective directions of the management optimization are highlighted. The hypotheses of the research formulated by the authors are certified: it is supposed that the companies of the group “Izobara” have the chance to optimize the management in the structure, budget formation, introduction of management standards and in clustering; the implementation of affirmations of management theories in practical activity of the joint – constructional company increases the effectiveness of the organizational activity. The suggestions about more effective use of provisions of the management theories in order to improve the quality of the organizations’ managerial activity are made. |
