Abstract [eng] Master's thesis examined the concept of the organization's image, by identifying factors, development tools, management strategy, marketing UAB Murestos marketing 'image through the eyes of employees and clients. Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical image creation and management, types and characteristics. Work is based on the theoretical significance of the company's image, reputation and identity in the interpretation of concepts, theoretical models for image creation, it is forming analysis. The second final part of the work - research. Atlikta UAB Murestos trade \"approach to customers and employees of the company's image analysis. This part of the paper summarizes and compares the questionnaire survey data, confirmed a hypothesis. The experimental results reflect JSC \"Murestos prekyba\" image-building and management features for competitive advantage bathroom equipment trade. According to the survey, as well as theoretical analysis of the material created by the marketing company's image development and management as well as provide recommendations on how to effectively apply in practice. Empirical research findings JSC “Murestos prekyba” executives can use to create good and effective corporate image.
