Abstract [eng] This work examines teamwork features, road – building company „Šiaulių plentas“. Object – teamwork. Purpose of this study is to analyze specifics of teamwork in theoretical aspects and to evaluate them in practical effectiveness. The test is carried out workers and leaders. Questionnaires and interview methods were used to explore their views on the teamwork aspects. At the same time it allows to comparison of staff and managers of mutual relations and feedback. The survey results will help identify the key factors influencing the characteristics of a team. using literature, we can compare the theoretical teamwork description with practical in the enterprise. After analyzing the data, can do the main conclusions: ● That the team could work well, should be clear purpose, communication, psychological favorable microclimate, clear roles, good leadership and influence. ● One of the main incentives for teamwork - is the moral and material incentive, which must have comprehensible value for the team members, must be accepted as well-earned and encourage employees to carry out common tasks. ● „Šiaulių plentas“ teamwork among other forms of work organization, the most prevalent. At the same time, this is and the most acceptable option. ● An effective team must to work together and to be responsible for significant tasks. Team members must be motivated to work and increase the motivation of targets that require skill diversity, and responsibility for them. The results of the work will be available and applied in practice, working in „Šiaulių plentas“.
