| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this final Master paper is to analyze the funding of higher education in Lithuania in the context of other counties of EU. Examine the private and public contributions to higher education funding, and country with opportunities for all students wishing to receive credit education. Conceptual part of this paper discloses the debatable questions of human capital and investment to it based on literature of Lithuanian and foreign authors. Analytical part of the paper investigates changes in the number of students, government and individual analysis of the costs of education and higher education, as well as higher education credit analysis.Results according to main calculations are compared with foreign countries in order to be objective when evaluating the investment to higher education. |
