The paper aims to reveal general education schools for special education the operating problems, to provide for their resolution on Siauliai district. Based on the theoretical material and practical experience in special education is intended to disclose the commissions functions of marketing aspects. The application of quantitative and standardized method of writing survey, interviewed school special education commission members. Based on the results of the study draws conclusions about the effectiveness, and made recommendations to improve the special education committee activities, organization of special education. The results of the study have added a well-known facts about special education and special needs. This study has highlighted, the special education committees operating characteristics and will help to avoid them in future. Practical work shall be established in Siauliai district general education schools for special education committees of cooperation with parents and other organizations, in the model.
