The present master thesis analyses the influence of civil code of the Republic of Lithuania for the concluding of construction contracts and for the constructional organization activity as well. Specificity of construction business is revealed. It is indicated how the documents of public construction contract works purchase make influence on construction business. FIDIC contract is shortly discussed. In theoretical aspect the impact of qualitative work and positive company‘s image on conditions of construction contract is analyzed. Construction contracts are analyzed thoroughly by showing proportions of incured responsibility and risk to contractor and customer. Also, they are compared to each other according to the kinds of construction contracts. Construction contracts of FIDIC, Soviet time and Pre-war times are analyzed, their results are compared to simple contracts, used in companys‘s activity. The conclusions reveal adverse factors for construction business and the fact that by changing some Articles of civil code of the Republic of Lithuania it is possible to get a more optimal version of construction contract. |
