In this Master‘s work the problem of hotel services consumers behavior. Various Lithuanian and foreign authors published materials and research related to marketing, services, consumer behavior, statistics of hotels are analyzed and structured in the paper. In the paper it is analyzed in details the essence of marketing, hotel consumer behavior by influencing factors. The paper also analyzes the broad patterns of hotel consumer behavior. A carried out study reveals the key influence on consumer choice of hotels, represents factors important in choosing a hotel, presents the decision-making stages and their importance. Finally, based on the results of the research, hotel consumer behavior model created for the Lithuanian market is presented. |
