The aim – to examine how to promote progress in non-urbanized and semi-urbanized localities. Distorted non-urbanized areas, the concept of broadening possibility, a rudimentary role in identification of these areas only in agraran sector, ignoring of contemporary European Unijon the tendencies of harmonious broadening. Society of knowledge, the viability of rural areas and towns dominate the service industry. Rural areas purpose is to foster the nacional historical, cultural and natural values for society. |
