In the Master thesis describes the role of knowledge and its management in the context of organisation activities. The notion of knowledge and the necessity for organisation to manage the knowledge are analyzed. It reveals the challenges of knowledge management facing organizations, sets out ways that can help solving these problems. The aim is to determine elements of management system that affects the quality of customer service. The results can be helpful for those interested in knowledge management and customer service interfaces, issues in quality management. |
